• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and seasonal menus for the resort’s bakery and pastry operations
• Create and develop new baked goods recipes to keep the menu fresh and innovative
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Oversee the preparation and production of all baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Ensure that all baked goods are produced to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Collaborate with other members of the food and beverage team to create special menu items and baked goods for events and special occasions
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and properly maintained
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards and ensure compliance with all local health and food safety regulations

Job Specifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and equipment
• Ability to create new and innovative recipes and menus
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
