Job Description
Job Summary
Interns will be responsible for identifying possible business opportunities, generating leads, and expanding the client base of the company. The role primarily focuses on B2B sales and partnership development for HR technology solutions offered by the company to corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions, and business organizations.
- Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Set frequent meetings with clients (online/ physical) for generating leads to contribute to business development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in various organizations.
- Conduct market research on emerging HR technology demands.
- Generate leads through tele sales, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and events.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, and business networking events.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Job Specifications:
- Academic Qualification:
- A bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree and studying on last year may apply.
- Required Skills and Competencies
- Must be fluent in English and Nepali language (both spoken and written)
- Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently

- Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license
