Job Description
- Call to merchant and identify their location.
- As per merchant identification, make a route plan to visit and deliver QR
- During the time of merchant visit, necessary actions to be taken:
- Merchant Activation (Pasting of QR Stickers & transaction of Re 1 to merchant QR)
- Business App Download, Registration & Log in to merchants
- Convince and motivate merchants for making at least 3 QR transaction on same month (Incentive for staff if merchant make 3 QR transaction).
- Maintain daily delivered and conversion report and submit it to supervisor or authorized personnel of company on every three days.
- Maintain harmonious relationship with merchant in utmost good faith.
- Collect merchant’s feedback and challenges of using QR transactions.
- Plan and execute ‘awareness and benefits session’ to merchant for the usage of QR.
- Handle QR stickers and ensure no any wrong delivery to merchants.
- Compulsorily Click a photo with merchant on every visit and submit photo (with merchant photo, business name board and PAN no visible if possible).
