• Oversee the overall operations of the branch
• Participate in decision-making and in activities, which contribute to the effective operation of the branch
• Demonstrate the leadership skill and manage the team members
• Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
• Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
• Counseling and enrolling students for various study-abroad destinations
• Develop relationships with institutions for creating business opportunities, visit academic and
• other related institutions for promotional activities as and when required
• Develop relationships with universities, and institutes, both existing and new, to capitalize on the mutual interest in recruitment and revenue
• Planning and organizing marketing campaigns and events in the branch according to the sales activities
