Branch Manager

Role Description:
Healthy Home is seeking a full-time Branch Manager to join our team at our Kathmandu location. As a
Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center and overseeing
a team of professionals and staff members. You’ll be appointed for a consultation, scheduling, and staff training,
as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues as they arise. This is an on-site role that requires
strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management role in the health care or related industry.
• Excellent leadership, Counselling, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Passionate about natural health care and wellness.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with staff and customers.
