Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Market C2C and W2 consultants to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
- Make daily vendor calls and follow-up emails to promote available consultants.
- Perform job matching by analyzing requirements and submitting suitable profiles.
- Customize resumes as per client/job requirements while maintaining accuracy.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain a strong vendor pipeline and build long-term vendor relationships.
- Track consultant-wise submissions, interviews, and placements on a daily basis.
- Update and maintain records in internal trackers/CRM.
- Work closely with recruiting and account teams to close positions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with client and vendor submission guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Bench Marketing and/or Recruiting Support (US staffing preferred).
- Strong understanding of C2C and W2 hiring models.
- Familiarity with Tier-1 vendors and direct client marketing.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Hands-on experience in resume formatting and customization.
- Ability to handle multiple submissions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and tracking skills (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM).
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
