Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between US-based clients and internal teams across the USA, India, and Nepal, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
  • Monitor daily team performance, including KPIs, productivity, and submission metrics.
  • Ensure quality control across consultant submissions, vendor communications, and rate negotiations.
  • Review and optimize bench sales processes to improve turnaround time and closure rates.
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports, insights, and action plans to the management team.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with recruiters and sales teams to ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Manage attrition risks by maintaining backup resources and readiness plans for active consultants.
  • Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives for bench sales operations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales, US Staffing, or IT Recruitment Delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of C2C, W2, vendor management, and US staffing processes.
  • Experience working with US clients and offshore/onshore teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coordinate across time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and ATS/CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
