• Supervision of team, Junior sales staff (dealers), Whole sellers, distributors, and target achievement
• Exploring new markets and appointment of Dealers/retailers/distributors in feasible areas on time
• Reporting (covering all data) to Immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback, and approval
• Update development
• Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
• Meet and exceed KPIs

• Managerial and leadership skills
• Must be driven by sales Apps like DNMS/ Rossiya etc
• Should be able to use a Laptop and  proficient in Microsoft Office Skills to produce Reports
• Capacity to work independently
• The candidate must have a two-wheeler license
