Brief About:   Management education, with 20 years+ of successful sales experience, relevant skills, and expertise in the FMCG, dairy, Food & Beverage industry. Excellent experience in generating sales, includes dairy & Beverage start-ups, delivered business results in stipulated time for to start several closed dairy plants in West India, through building large distribution infrastructure for sales of all range of products, managed continued growth from launch of products, new products launch and taking business to the next level through the enthusiastic team of sales. Rigorous efforts in the market working initially and then after with a sales team for the search for right, interested business associates, in the process were able to build successfully large distribution channels to reach products to at maximum reach near to consumers, managed, developed, and established vendor networks. ·       Close functioning directly with Top management to drive strategic initiatives & operational decisions by analysing data, modelling presentation & MIS, Studying & improvising the operation sales processes of the company, Design Sales processes, and setting up systems to improve productivity and velocity in the business projects.
